Stanford Scientists Classify 5 Subtypes of Anxiety and Depression

A new study from Stanford researchers states at least five different types of anxiety exist, each correlated with the activation of different brain networks.  Refining the broad diagnoses of depression and anxiety into more specific sub-categories will hopefully allow for more effective treatment options and better refined coping strategies.  Read about it here.
